Mgo board equipment adopts double drive double-roll extrusion process, the product finishs whole production process from the slurry, the main ingredient, spread the cloth, compound, complex pressure by one-time, with high degree of automation, stable operation, specifications can be adjusted as you like. Screw conveyor
Function and characteristics:Conveying materials to the mixer, with large carrying capacity, safe and reliable, with strong adaptability, easy installation and maintenance, long service life. The machine is small in size, high speed, ensuring rapid delivery uniformity. The discharge end is equipped with cleaning device, low noise, strong adaptability. Positions of feed and discharge port are arranged flexibly, and can be sealed well.
Powder measurement device

Water feeding and measuring system
Function and characteristics:Automatic conveying fluid raw materials. Water metering device including: stainless steel barrel, water inlet, cut-off valve, solenoid valve, adjustable water transmission device, the overflow pipe, pneumatic water discharging valve and drain hose connected to the mixer roof.

Foaming machine
Function and characteristics:Foaming machine is to make the foaming agent of a certain concentration of aqueous solution to bubble, composing of frequency conversion motor, water pump, the foam generator assembly, etc.

Crushing the straw, branches, bark and other lightweight aggregate for stand-by.Consisting of chassis, grinding spindle assembly and power unit.The material is standard carbon steel.
Forming system
Electrical mould feeding machine 
The principle of vacuum is adopted, which uses the vacuum negative pressure to "adsorpt" artifacts in order to achieve the purpose of the clamping workpiece. Moving the mould onto the conveyor for stand-by; no need the manual work and feeding board automatically, which can reduce the labor intensity, improving working efficiency and lengthen the moulds service life.

Automatic oiling machine
Material: Active steel roller is made of standard carbon steel, roll surface chromium plating processing. Driven roller is made of hardfacing sponge.
Function and characteristics:Automatically smearing the release agent on the surface of the mould, smearing evenly, less usage amount, and can avoid sticky. A pair of close touched oil roller form a sealed cavity, mold release agent is stored in the sealed cavity. One oil roller is made of steel, another is rubber roller. When oiling, the oil roller rotates and  adheres the release agent sealed cavityon onto the rubber roller, the mould entering to the underneath of the rotating oil glue roller by  conveying, and thenthe release agent adhered on the rubber roller is applied onto the mould surface.
Forming system

Finishing system

Impulsive dust collector
Equipment function and characteristics:During cutting process of formed boards, bag dust collector is adopted to reducing the pollution of production environment; and the collected dust can be used again, which can lower the cost much. Good permeability, high dust collection efficiency, long service life and other advantages. Consisting of four major part: box, bag room, ash hopper,  wind inlet and outlet, and equipped with pillar, ladders, railings, compressed air piping system, dust control mechanism, etc.

Curing room
Curing temperature needs to be reasonable. According to the different temperature in different areas, need to adopt different methods. Ideal reaction temperature is 35 to 40 degrees, equipped with heating, ventilation and dehumidifier, temperature difference is controlled in less than 5 degrees  curing room Without compartment, the temperature difference will be about 10 degrees.
